1. Organizer

This promotion is organized by Gerund, a strategic design agency that helps organizations grow by understanding, designing, and activating better relationships between people and businesses («the Organizer»).

2. Description of the benefit

The benefit consists of a strategic design mentoring program that includes:

  • Format: 6 monthly sessions of 1 hour with the Gerundio team.
  • Focus: 100% applied to a real project or challenge of the beneficiary's company (not applicable to personal projects).
  • Expected result: actionable solutions and recommendations to solve the presented business challenge.

3. Context of the promotion

This benefit is offered within the framework of FinnoSummit 2026, held on the days September 23 and 24, 2026 in Expo Santa Fe, CDMX.

4. Validity and deadlines

  • Deadline for scheduling the first session: the beneficiary has a maximum period of up to December 15, 2026 To contact Gerundio and schedule your first session. After this date and if you have not scheduled an appointment, the benefit will be considered expired.
  • Timeframe for completing the program: Once the first session has been scheduled, the full program (6 sessions) must be completed within a maximum of 8 months starting from that first session.
  • Failure to comply with any of the above deadlines for reasons attributable to the beneficiary will result in the loss of the benefit, without the right to reimbursement, extension or compensation.

5. Eligibility requirements

  • The benefit applies only to Corporate projects or challenges, Not for personal use.
  • The beneficiary must represent or be part of a company capable of implementing the recommendations generated during the mentoring.

  • Gerundio is not responsible for technical failures, connectivity issues, or third parties that prevent the scheduling or completion of sessions within the established deadlines.
  • Gerundio reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time due to force majeure, notifying the affected beneficiaries in a timely manner.
