The separation that has been made so far in relation to Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) has expired. This setup creates a significant distance from those involved in the experience, and has naturally made it obsolete.

When we think of businesses, companies, audiences, consumers, and users, we automatically put them in a container in our brain labeled «entities.».

We conceive them as elements that exist or can exist, and that we deduce function in a certain way, and probably require solving a specific problem. This is an understanding where entities are there and I am here.

Business to Person (B2P)

This is how we've been doing it and understanding it for a long time. It's normal.

However, today's world requires breaking through these mental structures to achieve the closeness that genuine relationships crave.

Finally, the boundaries we've become accustomed to are becoming increasingly blurred. We see it daily, for example in the convergence of the physical and digital worlds.

By blurring these imaginary barriers, we can move towards truly understanding the consumer, business, or company, connecting with their physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Business to Person (B2P)

This way, we shift the focus and change «how do I sell to more consumers» to «how do I address the needs of the people who bring my business to life,» and consequently, connect with more individuals. Or well, okay, let's call them users.

This approach enables horizontality, awakens empathy, and opens possibilities.

To talk about Business to Person (B2P) requires asking questions that delve into the motivators, emotions, and critical moments in people's experiences.

To think of Business to Person (B2P) is to talk about Person-to-Person; and for us, it's an approach through which we tackle our projects to bring strong and consistent brand experiences to life that put people at the center.
