Las redes sociales cambiaron al planeta. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facebook<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instagram<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Twitter<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y ahora <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TikTok<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> transformaron nuestra forma de consumir, ya no solo informaci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n productos y servicios. Desde su creaci\u00f3n, muchas cosas se han modificado siendo, quiz\u00e1, la m\u00e1s significativa la de los modelos de adquisici\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hasta hace unos tres a\u00f1os, el gran descubrimiento del modelo de adquisici\u00f3n era un funnel. El c\u00e9lebre embudo de ventas que representaba el camino que los usuarios recorr\u00edan para llegar a comprar tu producto y luego fidelizarse con la marca.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El enorme problema que este modelo significaba al interior de las empresas es que filtraba a los usuarios por porcentajes de conversi\u00f3n. Una m\u00e9trica que provocaba que cada \u00e1rea de la organizaci\u00f3n se hiciera cargo solo de una parte del funnel y que por tanto no tuvieras manera de cruzar datos. As\u00ed, cada \u00e1rea trabajaba con sus propias metas, impactando las de otras \u00e1reas, pero sin poder avisarles de este impacto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gracias a todo esto surgi\u00f3 un nuevo modelo de crecimiento y adquisici\u00f3n: el loop, un modelo que tiene entre 1 y 4 pasos donde la repetici\u00f3n de estos es la constante, de ah\u00ed su nombre. En \u00e9l se integran varias \u00e1reas al mismo tiempo y no se brinca la responsabilidad de una a otra.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existen diferentes modelos de loop dependiendo del objetivo o la manera en que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo. Por ejemplo, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.es\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hubspot<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tiene un loop enfocado al inbound el cual se llama Closed Loop Marketing y trabaja en estrechar las relaciones entre los usuarios y la marca.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay marcas como <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbnb.mx\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AirBnb<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que combinan loops de viralidad (donde trabajan con c\u00f3mo comparten la experiencia sus influencers), de paid marketing y de contenido generado por el usuario. Otras como <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/?original_referer=\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LinkedIn<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que agrega a estos loops uno enfocado a ventas de tipo B2B.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sumar varios loops a tu campa\u00f1a es lo ideal, ya que te produce un modelo integral donde terminas involucrando m\u00e1s a los usuarios para que te ayuden a generar compras. A su vez, el modelo integral implica ir probando y ajustando cada loop, midiendo no s\u00f3lo a tus usuarios sino tambi\u00e9n a tu equipo interno para mejorar sus tiempos de respuesta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, en estos dos \u00faltimos elementos est\u00e1n el principal beneficio y desaf\u00edo que afrontan los nuevos modelos de adquisici\u00f3n. Por un lado, tardas menos en llegar a tus metas, mientras por otro te encuentras con la resistencia de varias \u00e1reas a trabajar en equipo y compartir informaci\u00f3n.
