Sigue leyendo y aprende por qu\u00e9 esto, por s\u00ed solo, no sirve de nada y tu prop\u00f3sito de marca no vende.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Por el equipo de Gerundio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si est\u00e1s a cargo de transmitir la oferta o la esencia de una empresa al exterior, muy probablemente habr\u00e1s tenido reflexiones o discusiones internas sobre la raz\u00f3n de ser de tu marca.<\/p>\n<p>Esa frase inspiradora y poderosa que (\u00abseguramente\u00bb) har\u00e1 simpatizar a m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s personas y generar\u00e1 una relaci\u00f3n \u00edntima y favorable que (\u00abseguramente\u00bb, otra vez) el d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana se traducir\u00e1 en m\u00e1s ventas.<\/p>\n<p>Lamentablemente, esto no es as\u00ed, y aqu\u00ed te contamos por qu\u00e9:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>1. El porqu\u00e9 es importante, pero el \u00abqu\u00e9\u00bb y el \u00abc\u00f3mo\u00bb mandan<\/h2>\n<p>No es que no sea relevante, valioso o recomendable tener un prop\u00f3sito de marca, es que creer que \u2014por s\u00ed solo\u2014 va a conducir a mejores resultados es, tristemente, un error.<\/p>\n<p>Si tu producto o servicio no es bueno, no ayuda a resolver necesidades espec\u00edficas o no es relevante para las personas a las que va dirigido, no importa que tengas un prop\u00f3sito elocuente, inspirador y \u00fanico; las ventas no subir\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>2. Si no lo demuestras, entonces no es real<\/h2>\n<p>Ya hemos hablado de esto <a href=\"https:\/\/gerundio.mx\/experiencia-del-usuario\/como-es-una-experiencia-de-marca-positiva\/\">en otros art\u00edculos<\/a>; y es que \u00abhacer\u00bb es mucho m\u00e1s valioso que \u00abdecir\u00bb. En otras palabras, ser\u00e1n las acciones de tu marca las que hablen por ella.<\/p>\n<p>De nada sirve tener un bonito prop\u00f3sito en tu p\u00e1gina de inicio o en tu bio de Instagram si no lo demuestras con acciones tangibles en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Si quieres ser relevante y que te tengan en cuenta cuando tus clientes decidan a qui\u00e9n comprar, ser\u00e1 mejor que empieces a pensar en hechos, no en palabras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>3. Es mejor no tener un prop\u00f3sito que tener uno que no sea genuino<\/h2>\n<p>Como dec\u00edamos al principio de este art\u00edculo, estamos en la era del prop\u00f3sito, lo que ha llevado a muchas marcas a apalancarse de una surtida colecci\u00f3n de causas o prop\u00f3sitos. Pero si las marcas no creen realmente en las causas a las que se unen, se notar\u00e1 (y se notar\u00e1 mucho).<\/p>\n<p>Lo peor que pueden hacer las marcas en estos casos es subestimar a sus clientes.
