Se celebran los clics y el tiempo en pantalla como si fueran una garant\u00eda de futuro, sin embargo, existe una confusi\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica: creer que un cliente que interact\u00faa es, por definici\u00f3n, un cliente fiel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/gerundio.mx\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gerundio<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> entendemos que el engagement es una m\u00e9trica de \u201catenci\u00f3n\u201d, mientras que la lealtad de marca se mide desde el comportamiento. Confundirlas es el camino m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido hacia reportes llenos de \u00abfalsos positivos\u00bb que no impactan el crecimiento sostenible ni la rentabilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El riesgo de la m\u00e9trica equivocada<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La diferencia cr\u00edtica entre engagement vs lealtad radica en la profundidad del v\u00ednculo. El engagement es vol\u00e1til; depende de qu\u00e9 tan ruidoso seas hoy. En cambio, la lealtad es una disposici\u00f3n estructural: es la decisi\u00f3n de permanecer a pesar de que la competencia lance una oferta agresiva o de que t\u00fa tengas un tropiezo operativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando una organizaci\u00f3n se obsesiona \u00fanicamente con el customer engagement, su estrategia se desv\u00eda hacia lo superficial:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tiran\u00eda de lo novedoso: Se gasta presupuesto en campa\u00f1as constantes para mantener los n\u00fameros vivos, descuidando la infraestructura de servicio que realmente genera Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confundir fricci\u00f3n con salud: A veces, un pico de interacci\u00f3n es en realidad un s\u00edntoma de problemas.
