Para nosotros en Gerundio, el dise\u00f1o estrat\u00e9gico es la disciplina de configurar todos los puntos de contacto de una organizaci\u00f3n para que sean coherentes con su prop\u00f3sito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando una marca invierte millones en una <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/gerundio.mx\/blog\/principios-esenciales-de-diseno-para-interfaces-intuitivas\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">interfaz<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de venta impecable pero descuida la arquitectura de su post-venta, est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ando una falla de sistema. El dise\u00f1o no termina cuando el usuario hace clic en \u00abcomprar\u00bb; es ah\u00ed donde el dise\u00f1o debe transformarse en evidencia. Si la experiencia de recibir un producto, entender una factura o solicitar soporte se siente ajena a la marca, el dise\u00f1o ha fallado en su misi\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante: generar certidumbre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>D\u00eda del Consumidor: Menos ruido, m\u00e1s cumplimiento<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada 15 de marzo, el mercado se satura de esl\u00f3ganes vac\u00edos sobre el \u00abcliente al centro\u00bb. Sin embargo, desde la perspectiva de dise\u00f1o, vemos una realidad distinta: marcas que celebran al consumidor mientras lo obligan a navegar laberintos de soporte con interfaces hostiles y procesos burocr\u00e1ticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ese viejo cuento de que el marketing termina en la venta es el principal motor de la p\u00e9rdida de clientes en M\u00e9xico. En este D\u00eda del Consumidor, la mejor forma de honrar al usuario no es con un cup\u00f3n, sino con un sistema de servicio dise\u00f1ado para no ser descifrado. La lealtad no se compra; se dise\u00f1a a trav\u00e9s de la consistencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>La post-venta como arquitectura de relaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como responsables del dise\u00f1o funcional de nuestros clientes, abordamos la post-venta bajo tres pilares estrat\u00e9gicos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gerundio.mx\/que-hacemos\/producto\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continuidad Sist\u00e9mica (UI\/UX<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">): La transici\u00f3n del flujo de compra al panel de gesti\u00f3n debe ser invisible. Cualquier ruptura en el lenguaje visual o en la identidad verbal genera desconfianza inmediata.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dise\u00f1o de la anticipaci\u00f3n: En Gerundio mapeamos el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">journey<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> completo para identificar el \u00abvac\u00edo log\u00edstico\u00bb. Dise\u00f1ar notificaciones proactivas y estados de proceso claros es, en esencia, dise\u00f1ar paz mental. No es solo informaci\u00f3n; es soporte emocional a trav\u00e9s de la interfaz.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reducci\u00f3n de fricci\u00f3n cognitiva: Un consumidor en post-venta suele estar en un estado de vulnerabilidad o urgencia. El dise\u00f1o debe ser utilitario y radicalmente simple. Si el usuario debe \u00abaprender\u00bb a usar tu soporte, tu sistema de relaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 roto.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Principios de dise\u00f1o para la retenci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dise\u00f1ar para el fallo: Asumimos que algo saldr\u00e1 mal y dise\u00f1amos flujos de recuperaci\u00f3n tan est\u00e9ticos y funcionales que el error se convierta en un punto de lealtad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evidencia de m<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/gerundio.mx\/que-hacemos\/branding\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">arca<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Cada correo, mensaje o ticket es una pieza de branding.
